Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes and local basil served with balsamic vinaigrette. Drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with salt & pepper.

A delicious platter of select Artisan cheese and salami. Served with roasted red pepper slices, dried figs and 7 grain bread crackers. Drizzled with olive oil.
