Here at The Italian Underground, Ben and Web Heyliger work hard to preserve the flavors of Northern and Central Italy in every dish. Our menu offers a selection of homemade sauces, fresh local produce whenever possible, along with select American and Italian meats. All of our sauces, dressings, and specials are prepared in house daily, including our famous rotisserie chicken!
